RHC Series – High Capacity

The RHC Series High Capacity refrigerated dryers from Gardner Denver offer plant engineers two unique opportunities to improve the bottom line.  Specify a dryer for your facility with a 1 psi pressure drop and one which uses semi-hermetic refrigeration compressors with unloading capabilities under partial loads.  Because of the ability to select a dryer with a low pressure drop and one with specific unloading capabilities, the RHC Series offers you energy savings.

RHP Series – High Pressure

The RHP Series High Pressure refrigerated air dryers are designed to produce 38°F pressure dew points for 700 – 900 psig applications. These dryers are carefully engineered with a high pressure refrigerated dryer design to provide a reliable method to remove moisture as a water vapor.  Optional coalescing filters remove solid particles, liquid water droplets, liquid oil and oil vapors from the compressed air system.

RHT Series – High Inlet Temps

Gardner Denver RHT Series High Inlet Temperature refrigerated dryers feature a unique design which works directly with reciprocating air compressors. A unique heat exchanger allows the dryer to accept elevated inlet air temperatures, up to 180°F (82°C). This allows compressed air users to send high temperature air straight from their compressor directly to the RHT Series refrigerated dryer and maintain a 50°F pressure dew point.

DGH Series – Heatless

DPB Series – Blower Purge

The DPB Series blower purge desiccant dryer process design offers the end user the opportunity to significantly reduce the energy costs associated with achieving a reliable -40°F (-40°C) pressure dew point. This is achieved by eliminating or reducing purge air requirements (compressed air utilized to regenerate desiccant beds) typical of other desiccant dryer designs.

GDHM Series – Dual Tower

The GDHM Series desiccant air dryers use the proven “Pressure Swing Adsorption” (PSA) method for drying wet compressed air.  This requires having two identical towers containing hygroscopic desiccant. The unique design of the GDHM Series allows for the dryer to start and stop with a compressor or point-of-use equipment to eliminate purge loss when off.  The solid state memory feature allows the dryer to start where it left off in the drying cycle to prevent wet air downstream.

DBS Series – Breathing Air Purifier

The DBS series breathing air purifier from Gardner Denver will provide the clean, dry air necessary to keep your workers safe. It is designed to be used as an addition to your plant air source by converting compressed air to breathable air for those individuals working in and around a hazardous process. At the core of the process is a heatless regenerative desiccant dryer with a fixed 10-minute dryer cycle that will deliver consistent ISO 8573-1: 2010 Class 2 outlet pressure dew point quality air.
