How Do Diesel Air Compressors Work?

Diesel rotary screw air compressors work the same as a regular stationary rotary screw compressor. The main difference is that they are powered by fuel (diesel) rather than electricity.

During the process, air enters the chamber and becomes pressurized and compressed through rotating impellers. The system will maintain a constant pressure level so that there is dependable air delivery for the job at hand.

Depending on the model, a diesel air compressor can be trailer-mounted or mounted directly to the vehicle.
